We have passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification since 2002. Company History2001 Hengyang Huayi Machinery Co., Ltd was established. 2002 First 500ton (HYZ-500B) rubber injection molding machine with CRB (cold runner system) which can save rubber material was produced for making silicon rubber insulator in China. 2003 Established company rubber injection molding machine manufacture standard. Produced first upper moving clamping system, vertical type FIFO LSR rubber injection machine (HYZ-200C). 2004 Produced 250ton (HYZ-250F) horizontal type machine without tie-bar for producing LSR hollow bushing. This technical already reached advanced level in the world. (already applied patent for this design) 2006 Produced first 1200ton (HYZ-1200B) injection molding machine for producing 330kv suspension insulator by one shot two cavities. 2007 Produced first 3200ton compression molding machine for America company. 2008 Produced first 2400ton (HYZ-2400B) injection molding machine for producing 500kv suspension insulator by one shot two cavities. 2009 Produced first 2400ton (HYZ-2400B) injection molding machine for producing 500kv hollow core bushing by one shot. Injection volume reach 100L, including machine, mould, de-moulding system. 2009 Produced 400ton horizontal type machine without tie-bar for producing LSR hollow bushing. It already used to produce 1000kv bushing. 2011 Produced first C frame AIAO TPV injection molding machine for exporting Europe countries. This type of machine already got CE certificate issued by TUV. 2013 Developed CE certified two station C frame rubber injection molding machine specially for automobile stability bar bonding product. 2014 Explored KCs certified C frame injection press specially for sponge rubber seal product. 2015 In the development of rubber belt track compression molding machine,2017 sales amount is 4.5 million USD -
